Sir Richard Branson and Jennie Armato on The New Economy Entrepreneur

Attention Business Owners and Entrepreneurs:

Have You Got 20-20 [Business] Vision?

If you do not have your 2020 business vision, what is going to happen to you, your family, your dreams, your business?  Where will you be in less than 10 years from now?

Today, ‘things’ moves faster than ever before.  Faster than at any other time in the history of commerce.  Recent revelations and revolutions such as the internet, mobile technology and social media have ‘hit us like a freight train’ – and now we are scurring to figure it out in the hope we will keep up.

How do you keep up?  How will you cope with it all?  Will you be able to lead your market or will someone else lead it for you?

NOW is the time to act - to learn, to change and to lead the way and position yourself at the front of this New Economy.

At the heart of the New Economy Entrepreneur is an ‘active’ presence on Social Media sites like Facebook, Twitter, You Tube, Linked In and Digg.  For most entrepreneurs and business owners, all this Social Media stuff is overwhelming to say the least for – where do you even start?

Until now, starting was the hardest part, but not any longer.  You can now start with  a proven, time-tested blueprint of how to get maximum outcomes and results for your business with minimum income and good leverage – that is the right way to start or restart.  So I’ve created the first ever “Social Engine Success Blueprint” for business owners, entrepreneurs and marketers.  Because, it really IS  time critical to get YOUR social media success sorted out for you and your YOUR business, so you can move onwards to the Bigger Game!   You must act now, there is no more time you can afford to lose.

IF YOU ARE NOT CONVINCED OF THE POWER OF SOCIAL MEDIA YET, THIS WILL SHOCK YOU …

There IS a bigger game to play, but unless you get the basics sorted, started with your Social Media Success Strategy, you’ll be screwed!  Think I’m joking? … stand still and we’ll simply speed past you and your business on the Platform of a ‘not-stopping-here station’!  It’s a reality that NOW is one of the most critical times EVER for Business Owners and Entrepreneurs and most are sitting and watching, wondering and taking alot of the wrong actions or no actions - they are on the wrong track.

It’s time to take Appropriate Action – it’s time to transcend the Old Economy Beliefs, Habits and Behaviors and move forward Empowered, Educated, Enlightened … and Excited into this New and Renewed Economy!

Sir Richard Branson is an Excellent example of the transcended entrepreneur – to the new economy.  He has built his fortune delivering ‘old’ products and services in new ways while focusing on industries in which the customers were poorly served and serving them better.

Summed up perfectly by Sir Richard - the mindset of the New Economy Entrepreneur:

“I don’t think of work as work and play as play.  It’s all living.”

Benjamin Franklin once said, “The harder I work, the luckier I get.” This surely holds true for Sir Richard Branson, who has worked tirelessly throughout his career.  The New Economy Entrepreneur will not ever have to work as hard as Richard Branson to create enough ‘luck’ in your life – for it be fulfilled and complete if you choose to use the power of the internet and the leverage available in it.

Viral Marketing on Facebook – The Game Behind the Game

Want your content to “Go More Viral” on Facebook?

What’s the REAL SECRET POWER OF FACEBOOK?  Well you would be right if you said 1) the number of people that go there, 2) the number of connections you can make 3) the networking you can do or 4) the entertainment apps.  Each one of these has something I call ‘gravitational pull’ – like gravity, they pull you towards them and make you want to stay, but they are not the Secret to viral marketing on Facebook.

Recently Nielsen Co released research showing that the ‘average’ Facebook member spends approx 7 hours and 20 minutes per month on the site.  I know alot of “New Economy Entrepreneurs” spending even more time than this on Facebook..  What are they doing on there?  Well probably one of the four activities I mentioned above – infact I will go so far as to say they ARE doing at least one of those activities.

All the while though, the ‘glue’ of this gravitational pull that Facebook has is the content or information that is circulated on  site pages - posted on Walls, Pages and Groups, Notes, ect.  Every Post made on one of these pages is fed to all your Facebook ‘friends’, so anything you do in terms of posting on Facebook is ‘reported’ to your ‘friends’ – this is known as ‘your content is fed through their (and your) News or Live Feed’.

So what is the Secret Power of Facebook for Viral Marketing - “The Game Behind the Game”?  It’s simple, yet seems difficult for many people to do and will affect the results they get or not get with their content being circulated.  Here’s the guideline … IF you love a ‘friend’s’ content, video, photo, note, blog, link etc. – whether it’s their original work or not ….  SHARE IT WITH YOUR FRIENDSBUT acknowledge the other person in your initial post.  (Instructions below.)

SOCIAL MEDIA SUCCESS

=

BEING A SOCIAL BUTTERFLY

————————————————————————–

Viral Marketing on Social Media is one of the most effective forms of ’soft’ marketing you can find in business, a third party endorsement is the most valuable marketing you ‘cannot buy’.  Your ‘friends’ will reciprocate and circulate your work when you circulate THEIR content.  Support them by circulating their content – it’s how to make ‘friends’ work for you and vice versa … Viral Marketing is the Social Media  WIN – WIN for you and your friends.

IF you have a problem acknowledging others, it’s time for you to realize you will not ‘make it’ in this new economy.  You really want to look yourself in the mirror and ask yourself   “Am I the kind of friend I want to have?”

SHARE IT, EMBRACE IT, ENJOY IT – LET THE POWER OF VIRAL SOCIAL MARKETING TAKE HOLD OF YOU TOO! … CHEERS!

Follow these simple instructions for sharing on Facebook,  based on Law of Reciprocity- thanks Napoleon Hill.

To acknowledge a friend/s in a Post you are originating:

1) type the at symbol (shift 2 on your keyboard)

2) start typing your friend’s first then last name. A menu of names will load in a popup type box

3) click on the friend’s name you want to acknowledge – your friend’s name should now be hyperlink blue in your Post

4) Publish.

Your post will then go on your Wall AND your friend’s Wall (so they see you acknowledged them – they now feel more compelled to validate and circulate your work too).

PLUS Your Posts will go through your ‘friend’s feed’ – so if you did not acknowledge them, your friend will see this.  AND dont delete an acknowledgement Post on your Wall after you have ‘rewarded’ a friend, that’s really tacky and shows even greater depths of lack in you!

Think about Your Behavior – and as Gandhi said it so well “Be the Change You Want to See in the World”.

Please Leave Your Comments Below, I would love to say “hello”.  You are also welcome to share this blog post on any social media outlet or via email by using the “Share This” link below.   Cheers

The Future of Business – Current Cover Story by Jennie Armato

Want to Know What the Future of Business Online is … and is Social Networking a Revolution or a Fad?

Click to read the full story - Is Social Networking a Revolution or a Fad …

abs mag cover tilted1 The Future of Business Current Cover Story by Jennie Armato

There is a buzz around on the television news, radio, in the print media, at business networking groups and meetings and especially on the internet right now. There seems to be a shift of focus for how people look for products and services and then decide how they spend their money.

In terms of influence and power, the new way people search for products and services and make their buying decisions online could even rival the search engines. And it’s been said that this buzz could be the single biggest thing to happen in business since the industrial revolution!

Sounds over the top, but is there enough evidence (for you) to be a part of it too? And is this buzz a fad or could it be here to stay?

If you’ve watched TV news or listened to radio or brought a newspaper in the past 2-3 years, you will have noticed references to websites in both stories and advertising, where you can find out more – including how to get more information about a product or service and/or how to buy instructions. In more recent times nearly every news presenter, TV show host, journalist and celebrity are also promoting how you can ‘follow’ their lives, interests and activities online too – and it all seems to be centred around websites such as Facebook.com, Twitter.com, YouTube.com, MySpace.com, Digg.com and more, collectively known as Social Engines.
