During his presentation, Dr Hill talks about Kate Smith - a singer you may never have heard of (died in the 70s). Principle 1 is “Definiteness of Purpose” – the starting point of all achievement. He says firstly - find out what you want, then find out how to get it and then do what you have to do to get it.

We need your help to get a container-load of bikes from garages in Australia to people in Namibia and Zambia - where their renewed life serves the great purpose of the gift of basic transport.
I want to share some details about a really worthy cause initially brought to my attention by two of our fantastic clients, Lynda and Melody Rocca who have sponsored the cause and are now trying to rally more support from around the world as two young Australian girls, Jen and Tanya ride their bicycles 4000 kilometers from Melbourne to Cairns to raise funds for “Bicycles for Humanity”.
I have personally donated to this great cause which I wholeheartedly support and hold close to my heart.
And here’s why:
OUR UNUSED BIKES EMPOWER WOMEN IN AFRICA!
When you travel the roads of these countries in Africa, you see endless streams of people making their way slowly by foot in extreme heat, by necessity and to sustain life. They travel on foot to collect water, get to their farms or get to school.
THEY REALLY NEED OUR BIKES!
Some people (young girls in this picture) try to hitch rides as they often have to carry heavy buckets of water or baskets of food for their families for long distances - on their heads.
On the other hand and other parts of the world, you and I have the luxury of turning on a tap to receive our water and we drive to supermarkets for supplies that we get to put in to trolleys and baskets for the short walk back to our car. When you see what these people must do just for these basic, life-sustaining provisions, you notice that the few bicycles you pass on the roads make a REAL difference and it highlights the desperate need for much more of this basic form of transport.
PLEASE HELP US RAISE THE MONEY TO SHIP A CONTAINER OF BIKES FROM MELBOURNE …
And so the mission began to transport un-used, un-loved bicycles collecting dust in garages around Australia to these people. A life transforming gift of two wheels. The generosity of the people of Melbourne very quickly filled up a shipping container full of reconditioned bikes to make a difference in other peoples’ lives … NOW, they must be shipped over to Zambia and Namibia.
Two Australian women are using a unique approach to fundraising for the containershipment of these much-needed bikes and they really could do with your support - financially and emotionally. They are current cycling from Melbourne to Cairns (that’s a 5 day car drive) to raise funds. They are making that same journey by bicycle over a few months to raise awareness of the cause and funds to support it.

Just how important is this cause?
A local family from a village called Okathitu explained to the head of this cause how incredibly important a bicycle is to enable community workers and volunteers to reach people in remote areas to assist with medical aid and even ambulance-type transport. Also bicycles for children enables them to school, to receive the gift of structured education – again something we have served to us.
This world is far from ours, in miles and development, but wonderful, peaceful people who are steadily making gains towards improving the lifestyles of its people would really appreciate any donation you can make to help get this container shipment of bicycles to them.
Your donation, no matter how small, can be made by credit card or PayPal, making it easier for you to help out and help change and empower the lives of individuals, families and even entire communities.
When this container arrives, your contribution to getting those bikes over there will remove the tyranny of distance for food, water, education, medical assistance and more. Each time you turn on a tap for water and drive home from the supermarket, you can be sure you’ve helped people far away to enjoy luxury in their lives too.

This is a tribute to great social and cultural leaders including YOU – who continue to THINK DIFFERENT too. Dont be afraid to be a Rebel or a Mis-fit, because that’s HOW You Can make change. People who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do. Salute ……
“Power based on Love is 1000 Times More Effective & Permanent than the one derived from fear of punishment”
Leaders need to think differently and Mahatma Gandhi definitely did that. This a tribute to all who think differently, and in particular Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi, a pre-eminent political and spiritual leader of India during the Indian Independence Movement. Born 2 October 1869 – Died 30 January 1948 and renamed Mahatma Gandhi due to his great sage soul.
“Mahatma” is a Hindu term of respect for a Brahmin (member of a social and cultural elite) Sage – A Leader of Leaders if you like. Gandhi was called a Mahatma as a reflection of his great soul and the respect held by millions around the world, including many other great leaders. Gandhi was killed by another Hindu Brahmin, Nathuram Godse. He shot Gandhi 3 times at close range because he believed Gandhi was betraying India by doing negotiations with Pakistan to try and stop the war.
Here is a snap-shot presentation of Gandhi’s core philosophy – The Philosophy of Non-Violence:
“An Eye for An Eye Leaves the Whole World Blind”
Gandhi was a practitioner of non-violence and truth, and advocated that others do the same. He lived modestly in a self-sufficient residential community and wore the traditional Indian dhoti and shawl, woven with yarn he had hand spun on a charkha. He ate simple vegetarian food, and also undertook long fasts as means of both self-purification and social protest.
The United Nations declared October 2nd (Gandhi Jayanti) as International Day of Non-Violence. That is the impact one person can have when you think differently and devote your life to transforming the lives of others.
Even Google Celebrate the Legacy of Gandhi.
Here’s What Martin Luther King, another great Leader of the modern era said (briefly) about the impact Gandhi had on his life:
Aggression draws violence, even in our words. Think Differently next time you are provoked, especially online in a social network or alike or by email. Here’s to a Peaceful World, you can start by bringing more peace to your ‘world’ and to the people around you.
And again in the words of Mahatma Gandhi “Outward Peace is Useless Without Inner Peace“.

Confucius is An Ancient Chinese Teacher, Social Philosopher and Great Sage Who Still Impacts Life and Business Today.
28 September – China Celebrates his life, his work and the work of all teachers (coaches and mentors) too.
If Napoleon Hill is the “Father of Great Success”, then there’s no question that Confucius is the “Father of ALL Great Teachers” and ran the Best Life and Business Coaching Program … EVER! Dont know much about Confucius? Start with this mini documentary, it will enlighten you … if you have a general idea, skip it and read on …
Today, thanks to the internet, many great teachers, educators, coaches and mentors like you are able to share your gift with the world, using your web business as a base for your global message of empowerment and education, in your expert field. On 28 September each year, China celebrates the birth of Confucius and in line with celebrating this great teacher, they celebrate the work of all great teachers of the world.
Throughout my development as a teacher, coach and mentor in my web business coaching and mentoring program, I have referred to the thoughts and wisdom of Confucious many times – usually in those times of need - where I’ve sought guidance greater than that which I can give to myself. I am a controversial person at times, I have never been afraid to speak my mind and to speak out when things and people appear out of alignment with intentions of goodness for people. This has, as you may well imagine, bought me many great allies and also some enemies – something I really prefer not to do, but then I battle with being in the knowledge of ill-intention and not taking action. It’s in these moments of confusion – (do I speak out or do I transcend the issue?) – that I have sought the clarity of Confucius and Confucianism.
Here are the basic values of Confucianism that you can use to guide you as a teacher too:
Mercy … Righteousness … Courtesy … Wisdom … Faith
It is on contemplating and reflecting these values that you are able to keep your intentions and actions in alignment with goodness for all people. I find these values also help you to ‘Let Go’ and let it be. Helping oneself and others at the same time, by referring to these values, is characteristic of the “worldliness” of Confucianism and Chinese civilization. I hope you adopt this course of ‘counsel’ and refer to them too.
To further help you continue to empower and educate people around the world, using the power of the internet and the best coaching program ever invented (Confucianism), here are eight of my favorite Confucius quotes that make an excellent representation of the attitude, approach and actions of a web business owner and teacher. (Who would have known something written so many thousands of years ago would directly reflect with relevance to how we live and do business today!)

1) If you enjoy what you do, you’ll never work another day in your life.

Hey, as a side point of interest, even Google Salutes Confucius on this day to celebrate his teachings, work, impact and leaderdship. It’s their way to make a tribute – by adding his picture to their logo for the day – that’s pretty cool and perhaps representative of the philosophies the people of Google work to align themselves with too. If that is true, what an excellent example of their leadership (rather than domination).

Isn’t it true that the people around us, who care for us and support us often see our Greatness easier than we do?
I know it has taken years to really believe I am worthy of my success (yes it’s true). I AM a slow believer, no doubt about that but it was more to do with the inner dialogue I had (and in some aspects of my life still do have) that controlled the amount of Influence and Power I’ve been able to bring to my business, family and life. Chances are you can relate, maybe just a little, to what I have experienced as I’ve transcended my challenges and transformed my life. This is something I wanted to share with you – and bring to front of your mind – IS the dialogue you’re having in your own mind Validating you in ways that really work for you?
We really do rely on the validation of others, more often than we may realize – and others rely on your validation too. Everyone wants to be loved, accepted and supported and VALIDATED in some way by as many people as possible. We can often self-sabotage our success when the Validations we are getting from ourselves and others are negative. It is true that we need to surround ourselves with as many people as possible that will Validate us in ways that are uplifting and weed out those that affect us negatively.
I found this FANTASTIC short film, all about Validation, infact it’s called VALIDATION. I urge you to take 15 minutes RIGHT NOW and watch it. The message is most uplifting and the experience will make you more powerful and meaningful with your positive mental approach to validating yourself and others – and the shift will happen INSTANTLY. You’ll immediately approach your work, your family and yourself with a view to empowering and inspiring yourself and the people that you love and care about that are around you.
“Validation” is a fable about the magic of free parking … and a whole lot more!
We dont need a parking attendant for Validation and we cannot count on finding one each day. In other words, we cannot expect other people to validate us unless we validate ourself first (love for self). Here’s a 3 minute meditation to celebrate YOU – YOU ARE AMAZING! That’s all we need each day, 3 mins of validation by meditation. Please take that 3 minutes now and reflect on the Brilliance, Influence and Power your possess – to transcend your challenges and transform your life – by helping others do the same too. ENJOY!

My final thoughts about Validation belong to preserving the best you – whereever possible, take the ‘higher ground’ in emotional issues and walk away if you can (I know it’s not always easy) but some fights are worth avoiding. Few fights if any will add value to validating you! Sometimes, it is better to extend a genuine apology, let it go and move on – even if the other person does not.
Remember, YOU ARE AMAZING! Live by that every day and watch your life and the lives of those around change – for the better!

This weekend it’s Fathers Day in the South Pacific region, it’s celebrated at different times in different parts of the world. BUT this is not just or only about Fathers, what I’m about to share with you is about experiences of children (and that’s all of us) – we are all children of our biological and/or adopted parents. This is one common thread we all share along with the lasting affects of these relationships.
Our experiences in childhood really do seem to impact our thoughts, feelings and behaviors in our adulthood and depending on your own personal ability to process, embrace and erase those elements that have the greatest impact will directly affect our beliefs and decisions as adults. It’s a complicated topic and one that can bring up warm, loving and dark, hurtful memories and that’s something for the Pros to talk about really, not me.
What I want to share with you here is the greater awareness of our words – written and spoken and the impact they can and do have on others, especially children. It’s very easy to forget this and say things in a defensive state or perhaps as a deliberate attack on someone. Especially as parents, it’s incredibly easy to snap or go off at a kid going on and on – I remember my own parents – they had immense patience with me and my brothers but occasionally my mum would snap and we’d run for the hills! Understandable and forgiveable but it doesnt hurt for all of us to take a moment and reflect on the wonderful opportunities and experiences we are given and learn to control our words, live for the enjoyment of the present – it really IS a gift … and enjoy children, especially when they are exploring their pleasures and feeling fulfillment in their lives.
Have you seen the movie ”The Pursuit of Happyness“? (Yes spelt with a ‘y’). It stars Will Smith and his real-life son who play a father and son in the movie. Here’s a scene from the movie where the father forgets momentarily, the power of his words and the impact they can have on others – and maybe even ’steal their dream’ (it’s very touching so be ready) …
“Dont ever let somebody tell you you cant do something, not even me
….. You got a dream, you got to protect it!”
Maybe someone close to you - your parent/s, a sibiling, relative of influence or maybe a teacher once told you that you will never be good at ‘it’ … maybe you’re hearing that now as you pursue your ultimate lifestyle by building a profitable and sustainable web business portfolio. Maybe you’re being affected by it so strongly that YOU have started to believe it too!
A few terse words from someone that matters to you can impact your life for a long time and if you dont have dreams bigger than the ’drama’, you will probably give up … what else have you got? It seems the EASIEST thing you’ll ever do is believe someone else’s negative perception of you and give up!
As I’m writing this, I am personally experiencing a very difficult time from some people in business that is hurtful, absolutely un-necessary and is designed to affect me negatively. It’s not easy to let that kind of deliberate anger and fear on their part blow past you, but I know I have to BE bigger than the drama and not let someone else steal my dreams.
(Sharing that with you has made me quite emotional and I feel like a goof sitting here at my computer with the tears in my eyes blurring the words on the screen as I type but I want you know, EVERYONE has someone that can steal your dreams – IF YOU LET THEM!)
NO MATTER WHAT, it IS your birthright to complete your human journey to fulfillment and happiness, no matter what anyone around you says – we can choose to concede, we can stand and ’try’ to resist or we can connect with our inner truth and move forward … no matter what … and do it with the belief and bewilderment of a child. The Pursuit of Happyness, no matter how it’s spelt is a journey you should never want to stop being on.
Maybe you are like me, not perfect, maybe you make mistakes, maybe you say things that (even if you didnt know it) rob others of their Pursuit of Happyness … the journey of discovery and fulfillment is always about being the “BEST YOU … YOU CAN BE” … that’s all anyone can ask of you and me.
Here’s a great song from Coldplay, it’s a 3 minute meditation FOR YOU, FROM YOU. I have just played it to myself and it’s a wonderful way to reconnect with yourself and understand you really can Do it, you really can Have it, you really can Be it!

Sometimes when things dont go quite to plan for me, I have actually stood in front of the mirror and talked to myself and said things like “You CAN Do This Jennie”. Of course we cannot fix others, it’s their journey and their pursuit that will help them grow. Enjoy YOUR journey – Your Pursuit of Happyness (You can Fix You as you Grow).

Enjoy the Space that Comes with Giving Up and Letting Go … Align Yourself with Love, not Revenge!

There’s a great ‘Wealthy Life’ Motto I just love, it’s helped me move through challenges with people both personally and professionally (coaching and mentoring can be challenging at times). The Wealth Life Motto is “If you dont have anything valuable and helpful to say to or about someone, best you learn how to let IT go.” (IT being whatever YOUR issue is with that other person – YES, it’s YOUR Issue.) I know that’s hard to hear but it’s true. The moment YOU let it go, it exists no longer for you.
We can make ourselves emotional wrecks and labour over experiences that happened years, months, weeks and even days ago. These experiences can bring you nothing but an inner misery. Now for some people, that might be what they actually like – you know there’s comfort in familiar experiences. Life for them is a series of inner misery experiences, because they have never learned how to LET GO!. BUT IF YOU REALLY want to live an Extraordinary Life, a Wealthy Life, then you gotta behave like an extraordinary person and learn to let it go … with love.
Here’s a quick insight from one of my favorite Mentors and Authors, Stuart Wilde. Here he talks about people (you and me when we’re angry) being like a Swamp Monster because we refuse to “Let It Go”. “If I fight with you … we both get held back ….”
(Turn up the volume, he speaks very softly … and his point is made right away. I had to replay it a few times to catch the first few lines.)
Have a disposition of COMPASSION and TENDERNESS for Yourself and for Others
… an act of Peace and Forgiveness … and Self-Love
Letting Go is NOT Easy for many people – they can spend years angry and unforgiving – and of course attract more of THAT kind of experience in to their lives. I think alot of people make themselves sick, mentally, physically and emotionally with anger. Sometimes we ’pick fights’ for the sake of the fight, when you could just move on. (I know I’ve done it.) We’re a funny lot aren’t we … wonder what we look like as a species being ’studied’?
It’s time to lift a weight off your shoulders, your mind and your heart … and Let It Go, with Love. Teach Your Children by how you LIVE, not by what you say.
Here’s a process I have gone through personally to find forgiveness for my own mistakes and my perceived mistakes of others, to help me and them Move On.
I imagine a small version of the person and that they are floating in a bubble just touching the palm of my hand at around eye level in front of me. I then take a few deep breaths in and out and as I’m inhaling and exhaling, I’m saying to myself “I’m breathing in love for me, I’m breathing out love for you“. I do that a few times. Then on an outwards breath, I blow onto the bubble and the person to ‘float’ them away from me. I do it with a genuine smile on my face and I say these words to myself “I let you go with love” and like watching a helium-filled balloon disappear in to the distance, I watch them being blown away until I can see them no more.
I do this whole process when I am alone and feeling like I would like and could do with some more self love. This is particularly evident if I’m awake thinking about someone or something or I’ve driven home mulling over a bad phone call or situation. It brings an inner peace and love and puts a smile of contentment and love back in to my heart and my face.
Unfortunately many people you encounter in your life will blame you, abuse you and accuse you – for their misery. A quick and easy process like the one I use can help you keep centered and aligned with love … for the sake of you and the people that really love you – let those that love you experience your true inner beauty and do not let the sum of what other’s misery might project on you to be representative of you. YOUR LIFE AND THE GIFT YOU HAVE TO SHARE IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN THAT!
If you cant fix it, LET GO … WITH LOVE and MOVE ON!
