Hey Chuck, firstly thanks for the love. And I agree, love that idea of using it in coaching. It’s SO easy to forget to edify our ‘wins’ and those of our students. Thanks for that reminder in to my conscious.

Yes, we need to be reminded often that we are awesome as there are so many negative people around that sometimes their negativity rubs off.

Validation short movie is a gem.

It’s misearable when people focus on the negative side of life. Surprise them, remind them that they are amazing and shift their attention to their positive sides. This will improve their day.

Also expect greatness and great things of others, they’ll become great.
