Great video Jen. Awesome vid. I agree with everything you said.

I also like Facebook because it is such a great tool for social proof as well. When you post a status update, a link, an offer etc., and people “like” and/or comment on it, it shows to your facebook friends that you, your product and your business is credible. There’s nothing better than having dozens of people commenting and liking your stuff, who are genuine people with genuine profiles on facebook. That is social proof at its finest.

As you know, people prefer to follow than to lead. That is why when we download a new software, we often choose the highest rating software, or the most downloaded software when choosing between a variety of options.
