Can you pick Jennie Armato in Grade 1?

Jennie Armato in Grade 1

Thanks to Facebook in particular, I’m now reconnecting with friends from right back to Grade 1 – 6 years old.  It’s been a blast.  But you know what, my hubby could not pick which girl was me … can you?  Have Fun!

Hi Jennie, what a great photo!! There’s me (next to you?) front row, 3rd from the right!! I liked Ms Finney.

How time just flys by. You’re looking great and it sounds like you have a very exciting business happening there.

Going to add you on Facebook.

    Kindest regards

    Di Loosley (Harris)

  2. HI Dianne, lovely to hear from you. Miss Finney was one of my fav teachers too, I had a crush on Mr Saddington the P.E. Teacher though so he was number one for me.

I remember the school camp to Lake Eppalock (it had water then) and confessing my adoration of him to the girls in my dormitory. How funny. I married a P.E. Teacher … he’s gorgeous too!

    Cheers

Hi Jennie, It’s Kim Wintle here. Second from left top row. I can’t believe how all this contact has been made from facebook. Unbelievable..I am hearing from people I haven’t seen in 30+ years and looking at photos of everyone. I remember coming to your house one day on the corner (don’t know why)….Its nice to see you even though it’s only through a picture on the internet. Cheers, Kim p.s Was that the Lake Eppalock camp in Grade 6 you announced your undying love… I have some really embarrassing photos of that camp taken with Laura Trombin and Mandy Gritt.

  4. Hey Kim – YES I agree, this is amazing that we are all able to so easily re-connect so many years later (like 30+ years later, ouch!)

Yes our house was on the corner of Collier Avenue, how funny you remember that and I’m amused by the snip-its of childhood I recalll too. All in all, I think we had a great primary school life and really I cannot remember anything but good friendships. Do you remember that chasey game in the shelter shed? I remember you playing that with me and others at lunch times.

AND YES, it WAS the Grade 6 camp at Lake Eppalock! Can you get them up on Facebook? And Mandy Gritt, there’s a girl I remember thinking was quite ‘beautiful’ … do we know where she is at today?

Cheers and thanks for stopping by. Jen xo

2nd from the right in the front row. You still have the same facial expression when you laugh!
